Bocconcini and Tomatoes with Soy and Sesame

In a small pot over medium heat, reduce the soy sauce and brown sugar by half until the mixture is syrupy, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Thread the bocconcini and tomatoes onto toothpicks. Place on a plate. When ready to serve, drizzle with the soy syrup and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
