  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup (250 ml) grated orange cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
  • 12 stems chives, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp, and then chop finely. Set aside on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, over low heat, melt the cheese with the cream.
  3. Add the bacon and chives.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
