    With the rack in the lowest position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

    In a bowl, combine all of the filling ingredients, except for the blueberries.

    Roll out the pastry and line a 20-cm (8-inch) pie plate with a removable bottom. Spread the filling into the crust. Scatter the blueberries over the filling.

    Bake for about 45 minutes or until the pie is golden brown. Let cool before serving.
