Ингредиенты

  • 1 lemon
  • 4 cups (1 litre) apricot or peach juice, cold
  • 1 bottle 750 ml sparkling wine (like Asti Spumanti), cold

Инструкция

  1. With a vegetable peeler or zester, remove long zests from the lemon. In 8 champagne flutes, pour the juice and sparkling wine in equal parts. Add a twist of lemon on the rim of each glass. Serve cold.
