Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) red wine
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) tomato paste
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme 

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 

  • 1 bay leaf 

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
  • 8 pearl onions 

  • 1 1/2 lb (675 g) beef tenderloin, striploin or sirloin, cut into 12 cubes
  • 8 small white button mushrooms 

  • 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 8 cubes 

  • 4 large wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
