  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 skinless salmon steaks, about 6 oz (170 g) each
  • 2 green onions, cut into 3-inch (7.5-cm) pieces and thinly sliced lengthwise
