Apple Pie Cocktail

   In a cocktail shaker, vigorously combine the ice cubes with the brandy, vermouth, lemon juice, cane syrup, sweet clover and foamer. Filter the mixture into a lowball whisky glass filled with ice cubes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

   Insert the apple slice into the cocktail, if desired.
