   In a cocktail shaker, combine the almond liqueur, rum, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, egg white and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

   Strain into a martini glass.

   Drip 3 Angostura bitters onto the surface of the drink and use a toothpick to create heart patterns on the mousse, if desired.
