  • 1 cup (160 g) blanched almonds
  • ½ cup (75 g) raw sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup (40 g) maple sugar (see note)
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) melted coconut oil or sunflower oil

  1. In a blender, purée all of the ingredients until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. Do not add water. Transfer to an airtight container. The butter will keep for 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
