Blood Orange and Pink Grapefruit Cocktail

- 1 cup ice cubes
- 4 oz (125 ml) blood orange juice
- 3 oz (90 ml) vodka
- 2 oz (60 ml) pink grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tsp (10 ml) egg white

- In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients
- and shake thoroughly.
- Strain immediately into two martini glasses.
- Discard the ice.
