Buttermilk Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) buttermilk
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a dish or in a large sealable plastic bag, combine all the ingredients.
- Add chicken, pork or shrimp and coat well with the marinade. Cover the dish or seal the bag. Refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.
