Daniel Vézina’s Maple Shooter

- 10 ml (2 tsp) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple liqueur
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) whipping cream
- Maple spun sugar or cotton candy, for garnish (optional)

- Pour the maple syrup at the bottom of a shot glass. Gently pour in, in that order, the maple liqueur and the cream. Garnish with a piece of spun sugar or cotton candy, if desired.
