Strawberry and Yogurt Verrines
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) fresh strawberries, diced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sugar
- 310 ml (1 ¼ cups) vanilla yogurt
- 250 ml (1 cup) granola mix
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the strawberries and sugar. Let rest for about 3 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved.
- Spoon half the yogurt in four dessert cups or glasses. Layer with half the strawberries and sprinkled with half the granola. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
