  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 125 ml (½ cup) olive oil
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) paprika
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) crushed red chili flakes

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, brown the garlic in 60 ml (¼ cup) of the oil. Add the paprika and chili flakes. Let cool. Add the remaining oil and strain through a fine sieve, if desired. Serve with warm corn on the cobs.
