Vietnamese-Style Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb (220 g) rice vermicelli
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles for 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain well and place in a bowl.
  2. Add the oil, vinegar and green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
  3. Serve with Pork and Orange Skewers with Cilantro Yogurt Sauce.
