Creamy Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 ml) buttermilk
- ¼ cup (60 ml) sour cream or plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) honey
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. The vinaigrette will keep for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
