Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (15 g) mixed tender herb leaves (such as flat-leaf parsley, basil, dill, chives), coarsely chopped
  • 4 tsp (20 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) honey
  • 1 broccoli with stem, stem peeled, whole broccoli halved
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 2 Boston lettuces, leaves torn
  • 1/2 English cucumber, sliced into halfmoons
  • 1/2 cup (15 g) mixed tender herb leaves (such as flat-leaf parsley, basil, dill, chives)

Instructions

  1. In a small food processor or with a hand blender, purée all of the ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
