Vegan Yogurt and Peanut Butter Dip

Combine peanut butter with vanilla protein plant-based yogurt for a surprisingly delicious flavour and texture. Simply mix the two together and then add some natural peanut butter and berries on top for a unique dip that’s ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegan vanilla high-protein yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) unsweetened peanut butter, plus more for serving
  • 1/4 cup (45 g) fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 2 tbsp fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp unsalted roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 Royal Gala apple, cored and cut into thin wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt and peanut butter.
  2. Transfer the yogurt mixture to a shallow bowl. Drizzle with more peanut butter. Top with the strawberries and blueberries. Sprinkle with the peanuts. Drizzle with the maple syrup. Serve with the apple wedges.
