Ингредиенты

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
  • 1 cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 cups (500 ml) milk
  • Salt and pepper

Инструкция

  1. In a saucepan, soften onion in butter. Add cauliflower and milk. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Drain.
  2. In a food processor, purée until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
