Puréed Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
- 1 cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 2 cups (500 ml) milk
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan, soften onion in butter. Add cauliflower and milk. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Drain.
- In a food processor, purée until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
