Basic Tuna Filling (for Sandwiches)
Ингредиенты
- 1 cup (250 ml) canned white beans (or 1/2 can 19 oz/540 ml)
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 2 cans (7 oz/198 g each) oil-packed tuna, drained
Инструкции
- Rinse and drain the beans. In a food processor, process the beans until smooth with the oil and lemon juice. Pour into a bowl. Add the tuna and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
