Buttered Carrots
Ingredients
- 30 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 6 tablespoons (90 ml) butter
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook carrots until slightly al dente. Drain.
- In a large bowl, combine carrots, butter and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm until ready to serve.
