Curried Lamb Chops with Honeydew and Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
- 2 cups (335 g) cubed honeydew
- 2 cups (320 g) cubed unpeeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain 2% yogurt
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (10 g) chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 12 lamb chops, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with
- salt and pepper. Set aside.
