Bell Pepper and Capicollo Naan Pizzas
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) tomato paste
- 1 tsp (5 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 naan breads
- 6 slices mild capicollo
- ½ yellow or red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
- 1 cup (100 g) mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
