Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp (90 ml) mayonnaise, store-bought or homemade
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp onion salt
- 4 cups (1 litre) shredded green cabbage
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, sugar and onion salt. Add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- This coleslaw is delicious with All-Dressed Burgers, chicken or ribs.
