Fried Eggs over the Flame
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place a small non-stick skillet over the flame of a fondue pot. Melt the butter. Break the eggs in the skillet. Cook gently for about 5 minutes or until the egg whites are cooked and the yolk still runny. Season with salt and pepper.
