Cranberry Scones
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups (625 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons (2,5 ml) salt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) buttermilk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
