Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 ml) citrus liqueur (Blue Curaçao-style)
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) crème de cassis
- 1 cup (250 ml) crushed ice
- 1 thin slice lemon
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) tonic water, cold
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small measuring cup with a spout, combine the citrus liqueur and crème de cassis.
- When ready to serve, place the crushed ice in a 1 ½-cup (375 ml) transparent glass. Slide the lemon slice between the ice and the side of the glass. Add the tonic water and lemon juice. Pour in the citrus liqueur mixture to create the effect of a total eclipse. Stir before drinking.
