Winter Meatloaf Burger
Ingredients
- 1 slice Cheddar Cheese Meatloaf
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) yellow cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 bun, of your choice (burger, ciabatta, etc..), split horizontally
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- 1 slice tomato
- 2 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 leaf Boston lettuce
- 1 small pickle
Instructions
- Brush the meatloaf slice with olive oil.
- In a large ridged skillet or on the grill, grill the meatloaf slice on one side for about 2 minutes. Flip the slice, sprinkle with the cheese, and cook for about 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Toast the bun.
- Spread the mayonnaise in the bun. Place the meat on the bottom bread. Top with the tomato, bacon, and lettuce. Close and garnish with the pickle on a toothpick.
