Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 litre) strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) icing sugar
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil and simmer until it as the consistency of jam, about 12 minutes. Refrigerate.
