Ингредиенты

  • 1 large sweet onion, finely chopped 

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 

  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) 10% plain yogurt or Greek-style yogurt
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper 




Инструкция

  1. In a skillet, caramelize the onion in the oil for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Set aside in an airtight container. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  2. Add the yogurt and mayonnaise and stir to combine. Adjust the seasoning. Refrigerate, if necessary.
  3. Serve with raw vegetables or chips.
