Ketchup Popcorn

- 8 cups (100 g) plain popcorn
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) ketchup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion salt
- ½ tsp garlic salt

- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Place the popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the ketchup, salt, paprika, onion salt and garlic salt. Drizzle the hot mixture over the popcorn. With a spatula, toss to coat well. Spread on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking, or until the popcorn is dry to the touch.
- The popcorn will keep for about 2 weeks in an airtight container or sealable bag.
