- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) 35% cream
- 1 lb (450 g) milk or dark chocolate, coarsely chopped (or a mixture of both)

- On the stovetop, in the fondue pot, bring the cream to a boil. Keep an eye on it as it can easily boil over.
- Remove the pot from the heat and add the chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes without stirring. With a whisk, gently mix until smooth.
- Place the heating plate at the centre of the table. Select the Chocolate Fondue function and set the pot on the heating plate. Serve with garnishes of your choice.
