Sweet and Sour Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) chili sauce (such as Heinz)
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) cornstarch
• 1 1/2 lb (675 g) ground chicken
• 1 cup (250 ml) breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
• 1 onion, cut into 12 wedges
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) peeled and cubed pineapple
• 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced 

• Fresh cilantro
