  • 2 cups (500 ml) buckwheat flour
  • 4 cups (1 litre) water
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, water, baking powder, and salt with a whisk. Cook in a buttered skillet, pouring about 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter for each pancake.
  2. Delicious with Apple Butter Spread, Blackberry Butter and Maple and Cinnamon Butter.
