Tuna and Orange Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 can 6 oz (170 g) oil-packed tuna, drained
- 1 orange, peeled, diced and drained
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) mayonnaise
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 2 large 10-inch (25-cm) tortillas
- 1 cup (250 ml) baby spinach
- 8 asparagus, blanched and patted dry
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
