Curry and Ginger Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) curry powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients using a whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
