White Fish Purée (baby food)
Ingredients
- 1 fillet white fish, deboned
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk, approximately depending on the fish and desired texture
Instructions
- Poach a deboned white fish fillet (sole, cod, haddock) in a little milk. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. You only have to purée until smooth or break the fish with a fork and add milk, if needed.
