Fruit Juice Jelly (2)
Ingredients
- 1 package gelatin
- 2 cups (500 ml) fruit juice (see note)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over 125 ml (1/2 cup) of juice and let bloom for 5 minutes. Add the sugar and heat gently, stirring until the gelatin and sugar have dissolved. Add the remaining juice and stir to combine.
