Candy Apples
Ingredients
- 10 medium apples (Cortland, McIntosh, etc.), stems removed
- 10 Popsicle sticks
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 2 1/2 cups (625 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) red food colouring
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse the apples well and pat dry. Insert a stick into each apple. Set aside.
