Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) melted butter
- Aluminum foil, 18-inch (46-cm) wide
- 4 containers (250 g/8 oz each) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vanilla extract
- 4 cups (1 litre) whole fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) gelatin
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cold water
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
