1/2 lb (225 g) store-bought puff pastry, thawed

3/4 oz (20 g) dried porcini mushrooms, chopped
4 beef filets mignons about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick
1/4 lb (115 g) white mushrooms, sliced
2 small shallots, finely chopped
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
3 tablespoons (45 ml) butter
1 tablespoon (15 ml) flour
3/4 cup (180 ml) Pineau des Charentes
