Bay Leaf Dry Rub (for pork, beef and poultry) 


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) coriander seeds, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground pepper
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper 




Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. Rub on pork chops, tenderloin or roast before cooking. Also delicious on grilled chicken and steaks.
