Bay Leaf Dry Rub (for pork, beef and poultry)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) coriander seeds, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground pepper
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Rub on pork chops, tenderloin or roast before cooking. Also delicious on grilled chicken and steaks.
