  • 1/2 lb (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) honey
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon (or orange)
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt

  1. In a bowl, combine the cheese, honey, lemon zest, and juice with an electric mixer until smooth. At low speed, add the yogurt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
