Herb and Lemon Chicken Legs
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (57 g) softened butter
- 2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Pepper
- 4 whole bone-in chicken legs, skin on
- Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Generously season with pepper and stir well to combine. Set aside.
