Maple Vinaigrette
Maple Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) raspberry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) red wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons (90 ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle over Boston lettuce or mixed greens.
