  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
