Italian-style Dip
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) pine nuts, toasted
- 2 green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped fresh basil
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Dip breadsticks and assorted vegetables.
