Radish Vinaigrette
Radish Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) radish
- 6 tbsp (90 ml) olive oil
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Purée all the ingredients in a food processor. Season with salt and serve over lettuce with sliced radishes and cucumber, if desired.
