Roast Beef and Celery Root Remoulade Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) 35% cream
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Meaux mustard (whole-grain mustard)
- 1/2 celery root, grated
- 8 slices country bread
- Mayonnaise
- Dijon mustard
- 8 thin slices cooked roast beef
- 8 tomato slices
- 4 leaves Boston lettuce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream and mustard. Add the celery root and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 15 minutes.
