Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) cayenne
- 1 chicken, about 4 lb (1.8 kg)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
Instructions
- With the rack in the bottom position, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
